Pabst Blue Ribbon is a premium lager crafted with a hefty infusion of 6-row barley, a carefully balanced carbohydrate profile from corn syrup, and a unique combination of Pacific domestic hops, fermented with a pure culture of yeast and aged at high gravity. In simpler terms, it's a damn fine beer.

Manny's Pale Ale

A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. It's truly a micro that finishes crisp, clean, and smooth.

Full Sail Amber

This Amber is a sweet, malty, medium-bodied ale with a spicy, floral hop finish. It’s brewed with 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts. And we hop it with Mt. Hoods and Cascades. Over the years it’s earned 15 Gold Medals.

Diamond Knot Brown Ale

This is your basic American-style Brown Ale; think of it as the neighbor down the street that you see every day in passing, but was just another dude until you discovered he was a badass extreme-sports junkie. Okay, maybe that’s a bit of a stretch, but this is a really approachable, mild-mannered beer that has a lot of complexity despite its pedestrian overcoat. Six different malts and two type of hops come together in this beer to create a sublime blend of roasty, creamy and hoppy flavors. Don’t be afraid of the dark, sometimes really nice things happen there!

Icicle Dirty Face Amber

Finally, a beer that pays homage to the hard workers in our Valley. The trail crews and farmers, the lumberjacks and firefighters, we brew this for you! With these folk in mind, we’ve created an Amber Lager that features a smooth, medium body, with a rich toasted malt aroma. Dirtyface’s initial malty sweetness finishes fresh and clean… unlike its name. No need to wash up, just wash down.

Icicle Brewing Priebe Porter

To The Wizard of Water, The Master of Mash, The Baron of Barley, and Kingpin of Craft. The Head of Hops, The Kettle’s King, The Yoda of Yeast, and Guru of Grain. The Duke of Dunkels, The Leader of Lagers, The Ace of Ales, and Sultan of Sours: We raise our glass to you ingenious explorer and say, “Thank you Dean for the Priebe Porter!” So dark and so rich, robust and full flavored, the hops and aroma make it hard not to savor.

Iron Horse Irish Death

Created by the brewery’s founder, Quilter’s Irish Death is what we call a dark, smooth, ale. Any attempt at classifying it just ends up sending beer geeks into a style guidelines diatribe. So forget style guidelines. Is your pursuit of micro beer about tasting copies of a style that fit guidelines anyways? (Neither is ours) We lovingly refer to it as beer candy. While tempting to session this beer, the name is a necessary reminder that despite the surprising approachability, this beer weighs in at a hefty 7.8% ABV.
